every parent this time of year

Triple Beam Pizza

The kids immediately fell in love with what they called the “pillow pizza” (the Detroit style). Thick, fluffy crust with crispy, caramelized cheese edges. It comes in a rectangular pan and the corners get that crunchy cheese situation that kids (and adults) go crazy for.

For the grown ups, the standout was the potato sage & truffle pizza with potatoes?!, mozzarella, fontina, black truffle cheese, and sage.

Potato on pizza sounds a little questionable… but somehow is delicious :)
