Let’s be real: whether you’re working, staying at home (which is also work!), juggling kids, volunteering for the PTA, booster clubs, or just trying to remember who’s bringing snacks for the class party, the mental load of parenting is no joke. Especially in a place like Venice and the Westside, where there’s always so much going on. It can feel like there’s never a quiet moment to catch your breath.

Enter the world of AI apps for parents - little digital helpers that can lighten the load and make life feel just a bit more manageable.

Here’s our ongoing list of parent-friendly AI apps we’re exploring (and loving). If you have one to share please reply and we’ll add it to the list!

AI Apps for struggling parents

Goldee AI personal assistant

Goldee – Based in Australia, this app is a total gem. It’s got a beautiful UI that makes you want to actually use it. Forward emails to your personal address and it organizes all the details in a really aesthetic way - We are currently using this!

Milo – Another clever app that uses AI to help you streamline chaos. It pulls info from your chats and texts and summarizes them.

Maple – Think of it as a family command center. It syncs up your family’s calendars and keeps everyone on the same page. Recommended by a Venice Mom at Mom’s night out!

Talli – If you’ve got a baby or toddler, Talli is a super-simple app to track feedings, sleep, and all those daily details that can feel like a second job on their own.

Cozi – A tried-and-true family organizer app that’s great for shared to-do lists, grocery lists, and scheduling.
