Do you like film?
Do you like kids?
Do you like Venice?
Do you like charities?
Then you should probably take a look at this.

There’s a new project called Venice Days, a locally made film with a couple Venice kids in it - and every dollar it makes goes right back into the community.
It was created by a group of filmmakers and actors here in LA who basically said: what if we used a film to actually help people? So they kept costs low, donated time, and built the whole thing around supporting local organizations helping fire victims, the unhoused, and families who need it most.

After the sale of the film, all profits will be donated to the following local charities in LA: Safe Place for Youth, One Voice and St. Joseph's.
The story itself is set right here in Venice, following a dad trying to get his life back together while fighting for custody of his son. It’s very Venice in that way… a little raw, a little chaotic, but grounded in something real.
What we love about it is that it’s not just talking about community, it’s literally built to support it.
They’re in the middle of getting this across the finish line now, with plans for a premiere later this year. And if you support it, you’re not just donating, you’re kind of joining the project! There are things like premiere tickets, early access to the film, and behind-the-scenes content along the way.
If you’ve ever said you want to support local artists, local kids, or projects that actually give back…this is one of those moments.
